Products purchased through LiMiVi Pets are intended primarily for personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale or export.

Applicable taxes and other charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout. LiMiVi currently offers free standard shipping on eligible orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.

If your shipment is significantly delayed, lost, damaged, or delivered incorrectly, please contact us at support@limivi.com so we can review the issue and help determine an appropriate resolution.

LiMiVi Pets is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, purchases made from our store are transactions directly between you and LiMiVi Pets. Shopify is not the seller of products offered by LiMiVi Pets and is not responsible for the products sold through our store.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify and its affiliates are not responsible for claims, damages, or liabilities arising solely from products purchased directly from LiMiVi Pets.

THIS INCLUDES, WHERE PERMITTED BY LAW, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR SIMILAR LOSSES.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED.
